- Assisted Unilever in a preliminary ruling proceedings originating from the Council of State and relating to the definition of “single economic entity” as well as on the test to be applied to exclusionary and discount policy. The proceedings concern the enforcement of art. 102 of the TFEU. In respect of this case, the ECJ handed down its ruling overall favourable to Unilever’s position on January 2023.
