Portolano Cavallo advises major healthcare and life sciences clients on transactional/contractual, IP, compliance and regulatory, product liability and litigation matters. Luca Gambini and Elisa Stefanini lead the practice group. Gambini has a particular strength in M&A transactions relating to the life sciences sector, whilst Stefanini focuses on regulatory and compliance matters for pharma, biotech and med-tech clients. Andrea Gritti joined the firm from Gianni & Origoni in March 2023, with Gianpaolo Scandone following from Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici in June 2023. In July 2023, Enzo Marasà was promoted to partner.
