Pavia e Ansaldo advises private equity firms during every stage of funds’ lifecycles. Representative mandates cover initial investments, buy-and-build strategies, and exit transactions. The team is also increasingly active in the secondary buyout market. The group is jointly led by Stefano Bianchi, who heads up the firm’s longstanding relationship with London-based private equity firm Stirling Square Capital Partners; and Meritxell Roca Ortega, who divides her time between Milan and Barcelona.
