Dentons provides comprehensive advice across the gamut of real estate matters, from development and construction to financing and restructuring. Managing partner Federico Sutti is the firm’s head of real estate, advising on acquisitions and sales of portfolios for national and international clients. Within the team, Maria Sole Insinga assists clients in real estate matters concerning office, retail, hospitality and logistics assets. Carlo Merisio is also noted for his work on transactions, leasebacks, joint ventures and deal structures, and Sara Poetto is another key lawyer specialising in real estate transactions, developments and acquisitions. In September 2023, Federico Vanetti departed the firm.
