Equity Partner.  Fabio Marelli combines a steady professional activity and experience in complex restructurings with an academic role, being a Professor of Bankruptcy Law at the University of Pavia and author of several publications on insolvency matters. He has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients in bankruptcy litigations as well as restructuring processes. In addition to Restructuring and Turnaround, he specializes in Dispute Resolution and Arbitration.
