- Acting as Judicial Commissioners in the composition with creditors of the San Raffaele Hospital, which is in its final stage after having €1,000m debts to resolve.
- Advising One Power&Gas on its in-court settlement with creditors before the Court of Milan, one of the first such resolutions under the new Crisis Code.
