The team also covers litigation, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, private clients, wealth management, Patent Box work and tax-related criminal issues. Taxation specialist Fabio Chiarenza heads the group, which also comprises tax and corporate expert Luciano Acciari and the ’extremely brilliant’ Mario D’Avossa. Other key figures are Luciano Bonito Oliva, Francesca Staffieri, Marco Frulio and Riccardo Vaccaro. Provided tax advice to the Ministry of Economy and Finance and ITA Airways in relation to a competitive procedure concerning the sale of its controlling stake in ITA Airways.
