The practice at Walkers advises major international banks and private equity houses on a range of financing arrangements, with particular strength in advising both lenders and buyers on real estate transactions. Beyond this, the firm offers assistance with secured, leveraged acquisition and fund finance, restructuring and Sharia-compliant transactions. Nigel Weston leads the team with a practice which spans the full banking and finance spectrum. Alexandra Corner advises on real estate and funds financing, while Jon Le Rossignol specialises in the financing and restructuring of real estate and private equity holding structures.   • Advised Rothesay Life on the financing aspects of the leveraged acquisition of 21 Moorfields in the City of London (the new headquarters for Deutsche Bank) by the trustees of a Jersey property unit trust (Lendlease Moorfields Trust).
