Bedell Cristin

Bedell Cristin focuses predominantly on overseeing a range of DCM transactions, handling high yield bond issuances and securitisation matters, but is also able to assist with equity deals, including REIT-led transactions and TISE listings. Alasdair Hunter, who heads the team, is able to draw on a wealth of experience advising on high yield debt listings and securitisation issues. Hunter is also able to advise US CLO issuers looking to market their products in Europe. Louise Ridgway handles both debt and equity listings on TISE.

Acted as Jersey counsel to The Eastern and Southern African Trade and Development Bank on a transaction which used securitisation techniques to provide finance which ultimately allows low-income households in Tanzania to purchase affordable solar-powered home products.
