Testimonials

  • 'Carey Olsen is the go-to for variable funding note listings and legacy Jersey vehicles, in each case for securitisation transactions. They have a long history of being a market leader in this space. Very commercial, easy to deal with and know their stuff.'
  • 'Simon Marks is fantastic. Really great lawyer - knows what is needed and delivers on the commercial expectations with ease.'
  • 'The Carey Olsen Jersey capital markets team is different from its competitors because they are more creative in transaction structuring and speak in the language of New York and London lawyers. They are also commercial in the best possible way - working as hard or harder than anyone else, but with the judgment to raise only issues that truly matter and will affect the deal or create material risk.'
  • 'Kate Andrews is the person you want in the room when you want to know exactly how things can fall apart, and how to play out the game theory and range of alternatives available to all the critical players in a deal.'
