Work highlights
- Advised Le Masurier on a £120m regeneration project in St Helier which will include approximately 240 residential apartments, a 100 room premium hotel and a number of commercial units.
- Assisted Andium Homes with all of its 2022 sales of affordable housing, worth approximately £29m, and advised on its strategic plan to develop 3,000 new homes by 2030.
- Advised The Royal Bank of Scotland International on a series of multimillion pound loans which were secured over a broad range of commercial property, including a loan of approximatley £10m which was secured over warehouse, industrial and retail premises.

Jeff is a Partner and Head of the Jersey Property team. Jeff joined Bedell Cristin from another Channel Islands firm, having previously spent 12 years with Pinsent Masons in the UK. Jeff brings considerable commercial property experience to the team having acted for a significant number of multinational clients including investors, developers, lenders and private clients on a wide range of complex and high-value instructions. He has particular expertise in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, property finance and energy.
