Work highlights
- Advised Aedifica Group on the acquisition and letting of a portfolio covering Jersey and Isle of Man care home properties valued at over £40m, in conjunction with the acquisition by a third party of the care home business itself.
- Advised Dandara Group on a funding facility with NatWest in respect of the office development being carried out in Jersey by Dandara for the Government of Jersey to create the government's new headquarters, which will have a value in the region of £100m.
