Appleby‘s team advises clients on complex trust matters, working alongside the firm’s dispute resolution practice where issues become contentious and utilising the firm’s presence across the UK’s offshore jurisdictions to assist with cross-border matters. Following the June 2022 departure of former practice head David Dorgan to JTC Law, non-contentious trusts and foundations specialist Nichola Aldridge took over leadership of the practice, having joined from Carey Olsen in September 2022. In further team news, non-contentious trusts expert Giles Corbin joined from Mourant as a consultant in November 2022.
