Appleby‘s private client offering is drawn from a number of the firm’s practice groups, bringing together expertise in residential property and will drafting, in addition to covering trust disputes, including contentious restructuring processes and breach of trust claims. Practice head Sam Williams takes on the spectrum of private wealth disputes, acting for settlors, their trustees and beneficiaries. Nichola Brennan departed in January 2025, and August 2025 saw David Dorgan return to the firm from JTC Law, adding considerable expertise in the drafting and administering of trusts.
