The firm is noted for structured finance transactions, including future-flow cross-border deals, project bonds and operating asset securitisations. It also has a presence in sovereign offerings, along with a mix of equity offerings and note programmes. The Latin America team advises a large number of underwriters, placement agents and issuers. A member of the Latin America steering group, Emil Arca specialises in debt offerings, structured finance and securitisation transactions and is considered a leader in financial future-flow securitisations and diversified payments rights (DPRs) securitisation programmes. Ben Garcia is another capital markets specialist with a major focus on Latin America, including investment grade and high-yield bonds, structured bonds, sovereign bond offerings and sustainability-linked bonds.
