Working alongside offices throughout the region, the Miami office works on a range of complex loss-related mandates, along with a multitude of policy, licensing and regulatory engagements; the firm has offices in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, along with associate offices in Bolivia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Panama, and Puerto Rico. It continues to expand its cyber risk and insurance practice, led by Javier Vijil, who was elected to the partnership in May 2023. The cyber practice now ranges from incident response and regulatory obligations to coverage issues and privacy matters.
