Morrison Foerster's Miami office is led by Randy Bullard, who is co-chair of the firm’s Latin America desk and a veteran of M&A, private equity and venture capital investments in the region. Bullard and the Miami team remain active in Latin America tech deals, including venture capital and emerging company transactions. The group recently advised Uruguayan nearshore digital engineering company, Octobot, on its acquisition by Sparq. It also represented Brazil-based mobile security provider, Incognia, on its Series B financing round with existing investors. The team had previously advised SoftBank Latin America Fund on a multitude of transactions.
