The firm’s global standing brings it a wealth of international clients that have interests or assets in Latin America, providing a stream of M&A engagements. New York-based Simon Clark has a background in energy and infrastructure transactions, including numerous deals in Latin America. Former senior counsel André de Paiva Teixeira left the firm in May 2024.

- Advised Millicom International Cellular on its carve out of an independent tower company (TowerCo) to manage the company’s portfolio of about 10,000 tower sites across several Latin American countries.
