The firm is involved in a variety of work, including note issuances, business sale agreements, private bond issuances, and advising on financing deals. The breadth of the firm’s capabilities is further evidenced by the various industries it operates in, with matters involving aviation, insurance, renewable energy, and real estate. The team benefits from the joint leadership of Rūdolfs Eņģelis and Ramona Miglane, following the latter’s arrival in May 2024.
