Ellex

Ellex‘s employment team works on a range of employment matters, including the evaluation of workforce issues in different transactions and restructuring of the business, immigration mandates, health and safety cases, and assistance regarding employment provisions of EU laws. The ’responsible, practical, and knowledgeable’ team works in a variety of industries, such as the energy, financial, IT, and software markets. The team is led by Irina Rozenšteina, who works ‘swiftly’ and provides ’practical advice’ across the full range of services, with particular expertise in corporate restructurings, the transfer of businesses, and breaches of confidentiality and non-compete clauses. Key support is provided by Iveta Ceple and Ints Skaldis.
