Ellex

Ellex‘s employment practice encompasses matters ranging from immigration, restructuring and compliance, to disputes and investigation management arising from misconduct and trade union activity. The practice is instructed by a mix of individuals, companies and governmental bodies, and is noted for additional expertise in GDPR and tax issues. Team leader Irina Rozenšteina acts on a broad range of employment and HR matters. Daiga Zivtiņa focuses on disputes. Senior associates Iveta Ceple and Ints Skaldis are also noted. Andris Lazdiņš departed in 2024 to found Lazdins Gavars.
