A highly experienced team, managing partner Irmantas Norkus has broad transactional, banking, and competition experience, as does partner Elijus Burgis . Work highlights

Assisted RS Group in buying Distrelec Group from AURELIUS.
Advised the UK-based VC firm Highland Europe on its participation, together with VC firms Elephant and Energize, in a $100m Series B financing round of PVcase, a solar energy software startup.
Advised E energija on the sale to Ignitis Group of a wind farm with the expected capacity of 300 MW and the investment by Ignitis Group of around EUR 550m.
