Noewe’s disputes practice has experience acting for domestic and foreign clients, notably from Estonia and Poland, throughout the energy and real estate sectors, and also has niche expertise in sport law. At the team’s head is litigator and arbitrator Marius Devyžis, who has experience acting before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Geneva; he also has experience covering insolvency law and was recently made a member of the Court of Honour of the Lithuanian Chamber of Insolvency Administrators. Managing partner Robert Juodka acts in cross-border litigation, including shareholder, construction, and competition disputes, while of counsel Paulius Docka offers support on arbitration proceedings and aviation disputes. Associate partners Andrius Lukašonokas and Jonas Platelis handle a mix of real estate, construction, restructuring and insolvency disputes.
