Work highlights
- Represented the Kaunas Region Waste Management Centre, a municipality-owned public institution, in an exceptionally lengthy and challenging employment dispute with two former employees, terminated for cause; the case, which lasted nearly two years from the pre-trial phase to a verdict in the appellate court, concluded with the recovery of most of the litigation costs incurred.
- Advised BE Group on winding down its Lithuanian operations and terminating existing staff, including resolving the complication of a branch manager who, having been promoted from Sales Manager, had been working without signing any formal employment amendment documents.
- Assisted Santa Monica Networks with completely updating their internal employment system by amending and drafting normative internal legal acts, regulations, and template agreements, addressing the challenge of unregulated remote work.
