Eversheds Saladžius (a member of Eversheds Sutherland) assists clients with local and EU-wide trade mark registrations, IP disputes, and issues relating to the protection of rights including anti-counterfeiting issues and enforcement work. Acting on behalf of domestic and multinational companies ranging from biotechnics to manufacturing and retail companies, the practice is led by IT and data protection expert Rimtis Puišys and IP specialist Tomas Jakubauskas, the latter of which is also a member of the Institute of the Lithuanian Patent Attorneys.
