FORT‘s real estate and construction team is regularly engaged in a range of work across the practice area. The key types of work focussed on by the team include transactions, both traditional sales and acquisitions, for example, the team assisted in EIKA’s acquisition of land plots for residential development in central Vilnius. Furthermore, the team focuses on construction, zoning and territorial planning as well as lease work projects across the market. Ruta Radzeviciute-Meizeraite is the head of the team and has particular expertise in development and construction transactions.
