- Advised Derwent London on the tax aspects of its £260 million redevelopment of the Network Building on Tottenham Court Road, central London.
- Acted for Watkin Jones on the tax aspects with regards to the forward funding of a £200m BTR scheme in Cardiff with Legal and General to deliver 715 apartments, which is one of the largest BTR deals in 2022.
