Team lead Laura Charkin specialises in funds taxation, and is a leading name in matters related to REITs. David Irvine, who has expertise in structuring and restructuring transactions, and Dulcie Daly, whose focus is private equity, joined the team from Kirkland & Ellis International LLP in 2021.
