Team lead Brenda Coleman, who heads the European tax practice, is highly experienced in international tax planning. Andrew Howard specialises in financing transactions, and is a regular contributor to tax publications. Chris Agnoli has experience in cross-border M&A, employment tax issues, and real estate matters.
