  • Advised AIM-, NASDAQ- and TSX -listed TransGlobe Energy Corporation on its merger with LSE Main Market and NYSE-listed VAALCO Energy, Inc. in a share-for-share strategic business combination transaction valued at US$307 million.
  • Advised the broker, Berenberg, on a placing which raised £78.6m for AIM-listed Team17.
  • Advised DP Poland PLC on its equity fundraising through a placing and subscription. £2.6 million was raised through the subscription for 31.9 million shares at a price of 8.00 pence each by Luxembourg-based investment firm M&M Holdings Sarl.
