  • Assisted DuPont with the legal entity realignment (carve out of) of the Delrin® acetal homopolymer (H-POM) business including cash repatriation, distributions and loans clean-up. Following such reorganisation, we assisted with the sale of 80.1% ownership interest in the Delrin® acetal homopolymer (H-POM) business to TJC LP (TJC) in a transaction valuing the business at $1.8 billion.
