Macfarlanes LLP

The cross-departmental group at Macfarlanes LLP offers a range of services to professional services firms and private client individuals including advice on M&A, tax and structuring of partnerships, financial regulation and dispute resolution support. Heading up the team is Jessica Adam, a member of the APP, who acts for private equity houses, asset managers, professional services firms and LLPs in relation to mergers. Also of note is Hayley Robinson who handles employment law work for LLPs, particularly in the financial services sector, regarding workplace issues, recruitment, exits, restrictive covenants and restructurings.
