Wahbeh heads up the practice alongside the London office’s Managing Partner Tom Thesing. Wahbeh and Kuusk are chiefly noted for their extensive work with Apollo Global Management as well as a number of its investment funds and portfolio companies. The duo join a team which also includes Adam Runcorn, who handles leveraged buyouts, investments, and debt and equity restructurings for a broad client base, particularly in the sports world.
