Acting for and against banks, both retail and investment, and financial institutions, Enyo Law LLP is well-established as a conflict-free firm. Often on a cross-border basis, the team of ‘exceptionally high-quality lawyers’ also represents sovereign wealth, hedge, and private equity funds. As well as banks, practice co-head Edward Allen advises sovereign states, state institutions, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. He leads the team alongside ’strong technical lawyer‘ Nick Jones. Jamie Leader focuses on contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, and ’star' Andy McGregor joined the firm from A&O Shearman in October 2023 to bolster the team’s expertise in fraud, professional negligence, and mis-selling claims. Deborah Tillett is active in cross-border disputes involving banks and financial institutions.
