- Represented Darty Holdings SAS in the Court of Appeal in overturning a first instance decision in a large preference claim.
- Acted for Brightline Holdings LLC (formerly Virgin Trains USA LLC) in defending a damages claim commenced before the English High Court by Virgin Enterprises Limited (VEL) concerning the “Virgin” brand name and trade marks, with damages in excess of $200m.
