  • Represented Airbus in two sets of proceedings being heard together, commenced by Qatar Airways against Airbus in the Technology and Construction Court (KBD) in December 2021 and February 2022.
  • Acting for EE in a high-profile claim brought by Quinn Emanuel on behalf of the administrators of Phones 4U ("P4U"), the now-defunct mobile phone retailer, against a range of mobile network operators (EE, Vodafone, O2, Orange and Deutsche Telekom) for breaches of Article 101(1) TFEU/Chapter I of the Competition Act 1998 and for breach of contract.
