More informationMore information

Milberg London’s group litigation practice, which acts for claimants in a broad range of cases, was founded in 2020 by a team which moved over from Mishcon de Reya LLP to set up a UK offering for US leader Milberg Phillips Grossman LLP. Individuals within the team appear on the steering committees of group actions brought against Vauxhall and Mercedes, and have notably launched a high-profile competition case against Sony Playstation. James Oldnall leads a team which includes ‘strong personalities’ and is ’user friendly’. ‘Tenacious, bright and pragmatic’ founding partner Polly Blenkin is integral to the team which continues to expand, with the arrival of Robert Schultz from Baker Botts (UK) LLP in March 2023, Hadley Zielonka and Nicola Little from Shoosmiths LLP in September 2022.
