Paxus LLP was launched in 2022 by Suzanne Spears, former partner of legacy firm Allen & Overy LLP, who acts in the arbitration of cutting-edge areas, such as climate and human rights-related commercial and investment disputes. In June 2024, the boutique firm hired Merryl Lawry-White, whose track record includes an abundance of commercial and investment treaty arbitrations.
