  • Representing the National Iranian Oil Company in a long-running London-seated arbitration, which relates to sales of Iranian gas to the UAE under a long-term gas sale agreement.
  • Acting in parallel arbitration and court proceedings for two Malaysian government entities against two Abu Dhabi government entities in the 1MDB fraud, which involved the theft of billions of dollars from the Malaysian people by individuals, including the former Prime Minister of Malaysia, Najib Razak.
