Jacqui Joyce – The Property Mediators  A founding member of The Property Mediators, Jacqui Joyce is 'very good at considering matters from different angles, allowing the parties to consider options of settlement they may not have considered and what is not possible in a court process, yet might result in a workable solution/settlement for the parties'. A full-time mediator since 2012, Joyce has completed over 400 mediations to date, and averages approximately 40 mediations each year. She conducts mediations in relation to all aspects of property disputes, from multi million-pound commercial deals to disputes between neighbours, and is one of the few mediators to be active in relation to telecoms disputes.
