Stephen Walker – S Walker Mediation A full-time, independent mediator since 2011, S Walker Mediation‘s Stephen Walker is ’a great mediator because he is able to help clients see all of the realistic options available to them, which allows them to resolve their disputes’. Experienced in disputes across a wide variety of disciplines, Walker has mediated over 1000 mediations to date, his specialisms covering insolvency, professional negligence, shareholders, and art law. He also assists with contentious probate, IT, construction, and property disputes. In 2023, Walker was appointed as lead mediator in 112 mediations. Recent appointments include mediating a claim by a liquidator for breach of a previous litigation’s settlement agreement.
