Spencer West LLP recently recruited Sharokh Koussari, the former head of employment at Axiom Ince. He joins a growing team - led by firm co-founder Simeon Spencer, himself an employment specialist - which also includes Koussari's 'creative, tenacious and knowledgeable' former colleague Naylah Hamour.
