He also deals with post-termination restraint of trade issues, whistleblowing, discrimination, industrial relations disputes and the employment law aspects of transfers of undertakings and outsourcing. He has particular interests in managing discipline and grievances at work and executive severance arrangements, especially in the financial services, employment agencies and recruitment sectors. He also advises on change management, including collective redundancy and TUPE consultation processes.
