Team head Alex Dumphy is well-versed at structuring deals utilising debt throughout the capital structure, including senior debt facilities, unitranche funding, TLB facilities and super senior facilities. The team is also able to leverage the firm’s market-leading asset based lending (ABL) prowess to good effect, with ABL debt products increasingly being used alongside conventional leveraged debt products to fund M&A transactions.
