Morrison Foerster‘s small but versatile London finance offering is well-versed at advising creditors and debtors across a range of financing structures, including a considerable and growing volume of mandates within the leveraged/acquisition finance space. The  ’incredibly responsive and highly personable’ John Burge is also a key member of the team as a result of his conventional corporate finance expertise, as well as regularly advising on growth company debt finance matters. Former practice head Christopher Kandel left the firm to join McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP in June 2024.
