Drawing upon the expertise of an 'exceptional regional offering' and a 'solid' presence in the capital, Addleshaw Goddard is particularly well-suited to handling domestic mid-market work for a creditor/investor-focused client base that includes banks, bondholders and special situations funds. Team head Fraser Ritson provides a 'responsive and knowledgeable' service on much of this creditor work, and is also a popular choice for IPs engaged in the administration of insolvent businesses.
