Squire Patton Boggs

More informationMore information

The arrival in September 2022 of the 'exceptional' Charlotte Moller  and Monika Lorenzo-Perez from Brown Rudnick LLP, has broadened the scope of Squire Patton Boggs' insolvency offering, extending it beyond its previous more regional purview to one which can go to toe-to-toe with many of the London-based heavy-hitters. Since her arrival, the 'pragmatic and helpful' Moller, who now heads the team, has leveraged the firm's existing global resources to good effect in relation to cross-border matters and has already picked some notable mandates for officeholders, directors and creditors across a range of insolvency/restructuring matters.
