We only have limited information for this firm. Consider the following firms which have provided more information:

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP joins the ranking this year having continued to invest in the expansion of its derivatives and structured products group. In a major coup for a firm refocusing on its finance capability, it hired James Duncan from Shearman & Sterling LLP in mid-2023, thus adding market-leading experience in cross-border transactions, including buy-side and sell-side, strategic equity solutions and equity financings. Lead partner Richard Hart has a particular focus on structured equity transactions, including strategic margin lending and OTC derivatives based transactions, as well as prime brokerage, structured stock-lending and repo transactions, and a broad range of hedging matters. He recently advised BT on setting up a programme facing three different investment banks to hedge the risk on the BT share price faced by BT’s employee benefit trust. Structured finance partner Flora McLean frequently handles bespoke transactions with a regulatory capital or tax angle.
