- Advised a fund affiliated with Blackstone Tactical Opportunities and Sixth Street Partners on the proposed sale of Kensington Mortgage Company to Barclays Bank UK plc and the separation of this entity legally and commercially from group companies Kayl and KHL that were the retention holders for £8bn of securitised assets.
- Advised Bank of America (BoA) on the issuance by HPS of €400m of CLO notes. This was a particularly challenging deal to price given the market conditions, and the first deal for BoA in 2023.
