Holland & Knight (UK) LLP

More informationMore information

Containing 'a strong mix of partners and senior associates', the growing team at Holland & Knight LLP continues to pick up market share as it relates to the acquisition, financing, leasing, and structuring of aircraft and helicopter transactions. Although the firm still regularly works alongside the firm's longer-established US offering, under the leadership of the 'vastly experienced' Robert Ricketts it is increasingly generating its own workflow, and has been particularly effective attracting many leading leasing companies. The scope of work for these lessors is broad, running the gamut from sophisticated sanctions advice, through to their role as creditors in numerous high-profile airline insolvencies. Victoria Koob and the 'very hands-on and approachable' Richard Sharman  have been at the forefront of many of these transactions, with Sharman also highly skilled at handling work for alternative financiers in the sector. 'Fantastic' associate Michael Holt  is also recommended.
