Cleland advised the lenders on a €256m dual ECA-backed financing package for the development of three new hospitals in Angola.   • Advising a bidding consortium on the Mphanda Nkuwa Hydropower Project, a 1,500MW run-of-the-river hydroelectric facility proposed to be built on the Zambezi River, in Mozambique.
