- Advised Tristan Capital Partners, a UK-based independent real estate investment manager, on the acquisition, joint venture and management arrangements for the Point A hotel portfolio from Wellcome Trust and Queensway for approximately £420m; the £240 million financing from Aareal Bank for the acquisition of the Point A hotels; and assisted the client's debt fund, TIPS One Alpha PV I, as arranger and lender, with an £85m investment facility in respect of a recently completed build-to-rent property, among other matters.
